Take it to the Mattresses.

The time has finally come for us to buy a new mattress. As much as I love my old mattress (from college) it's a double and after sleeping on a king for the past 6 months, we've become spoiled and "need" an upgrade.

So now I'm stuck with the conundrum of choosing between two really nice mattresses. If you know me at all, you know I hate having to pick between two equally appealing options. And when the decision is in regards to something you are going to sleep on every night for the next umpteen years.... let's just say, there's a whole lotta pressure that comes with it.

Will it be the plush foam option from Mattress Matters? Or the luxury orthopedic from Original Mattress Factory? Gahh, I just don't know. And the last thing I want is to pick one, and then a few months from now be lying there thinking "We should have totally gone with the other one."

These are the thoughts that plague me. Yes, I am definitely a product of a consumerist society - and I'm very much ashamed to admit it. But I still need to pick a mattress....

  1. LOL When Joe and I got ours a few years ago we had a horrible time choosing! So glad to know we aren't the only ones. But to do it over again I would have gone with the Queen instead of the King as getting a bedding set is crazy more expensive with a King and not all sets come in King but they all come in Queen. Oh well I love our mattress though!
